Founded by Temi. A former track and field athlete, rugby player and world-class powerlifter.
With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry and 12 years as a gym manager in both the UK and the Gulf, she brings deep insight and expertise into what drives elite performance in sport and fitness and how to successfully operate businesses in the fitness sector. She knows how to build strong teams, improve retention, grow revenue and drive profitability through clear Key Performance Indicators and real accountability.
Now, she’s taking you behind the scenes as she builds a new gym from the ground up, from finding the location and building the team to overcoming challenges and opening the doors.
